Hello Ellen,  I was wondering if you kept in contact with Frieda Makria and/or know what happened to her. No one was able to find her for our last reunion. She seems to have disappeared from the planet.

  Does anyone ever go to PHS basketball games? I talk to Ellis Hoskins (Calif), Bruce Metz (New Orleans) & Al Politi (upstate NY) now and then. Everyone is fine the last time I talked to them. I also saw Paul Fahler (?) a few months back. Any idea if there is going to be a 40th reunion (Yikes)

Yes it is true, Rocco was finishing up a job at the WTC when the planes hit. He was the last person I thought of when that happened. Marion, his wife is doing well, talk to her every now and then. My boys are doing O.K. Danny (the older one) is living near me in Florida, working for an Electrician, still single , He turned 30 this year, Anthony's still in New York, He got married last July , working for Coca Cola. I read your post about your kids, The last time I remember seeing you was , lets see, you were visiting NY, I remember your daughter was very young, I'm guessing 22 yrs?

 Dear Michael, I was so happy to see your name. I remember talking with you at the reunion. I haven't been to one since. My old house is gone and I have not been by there since my brother sold the property. It is too sad for me. I have a 29 year old son Michael and a daughter 28, Theresa, from my first marrige. From my current marriage I have a daughter Dianna 24, and my youngest daughter, Gia is 19. I am well, and I was so excited to hear you have a little one. That will keep you young! I work at a High School with emotional and behavioral students, keeps me young? I do not know, but definately keeps me challenged. Keep in touch and be well. (my married name is Ballash) Roberta and I keep in touch regularly as well as Theresa Caprioli. Roberta is a grandmother! Hi Joanne,

Just Googled the word Plainedge at 2:30 am (don't ask) and found your posting.  Nice to know you are well - saw you at 20th reunion, but not since (I think?).  Recently, was driving thru old neighborhood and noticed.....I don't think your old house was there anymore!  Torn down, with maybe two new houses on the same lot....thought of you.  In other news.....I have a 5 year old daughter (!!!) and went to kindergarten bingo night at the school last night - back in kindergarten again!  Other two are 18 and 16, son and daughter.  Write back - say hi to Roberta if you are in touch.

Hi Joanne, its Ellen Hansmann, first time on this site and saw a name from my past!  Remember last period 12th grade with Mr. Weinstein.  Still live on the Island, but if I ever get to Vegas I'll let you know!
