Recipe For Cheese Boat At The Back Barn on Long Island	Permalink
We used to love to go to The Back Barn in the late 70s and get a bottle of wine with a Cheese Boat or Welch Duck. There was usually a guy singing some Cat Stevens or other lite rock music. Some great memories. They just don't have places like that anymore. Does anyone have the recipe for the Cheese Boat? I'd love to enjoy one of those again! Thanks. __________________
