Wow...Pea**** Lounge...Yes I remember it well when Jim owned it and then my friend Bob McAvoy bought it.  Geez....too many memories from that place!....

Tom,
You must have been stoned. The Peacok (sp) (now called Mr Beerys) was closer to Hicksville Rd than it was to Stewart Ave, the site of the original Five corners.  It was in the same strip mall as Friendly Frost Appliances. Seamans Neck Rd use to be the fifth street until they realigned it behind Garrett Brothers Auto Parts. It now meets Stewart Ave a block to the South.

Who remembers the Pea****? I had my first bar drink there when I was ....15? 16? Knew the barmaid who was also underage. Used to get beer from a bar (will you buy me some beer mr.?....) that was called 5 corners...? By Stewart ave and Hempstead Turnpike? before they re-did the roads..... been a long time and I was stoned then....
